Since 2004, Encanto Palms Assisted Living has provided a safe, therapeutic, and comfortable lifestyle option in a directed-care assisted living environment for residents with low acuity behavioral issues who are not appropriate for placement in a traditional Assisted Living.
At Encanto Palms, “special needs residents” are welcomed by a dedicated staff, experienced in behavior management techniques. Our residents benefit from successful behaviorally-oriented programming that is tailored to meet each resident’s individual needs.

Lisa Krohn, Executive Director
In 2010, Lisa Krohn, Encanto Palms Assisted Living Executive Director, was awarded the Assisted Living Manager of the Year by AZ ALFA and the 2010 Champion for Seniors by the National ALFA. Lisa has been working in long term care for over 30 years.
While still in high school, she completed her Certified Nursing Assistant training which prepared her for nursing school. Lisa obtained her LPN license from Mankato Area Vocational Technical Institute in Mankato, Minnesota. A Senior Living Options employee for over 22 years, Lisa spent 11 years as a charge nurse and was promoted in 1996 to Assisted Living Director.

Michon Jablonski, Community Relations Director
Michon graduated from ASU with a degree in Graphic Design and Marketing with a diverse background in design, marketing, sales, human resources, and case management. With a heart for seniors and a natural tendency towards working in social services, she entered the senior living industry as an outreach marketer and now is happy to be the Community Relations Director for Encanto Palms.
Becky Cruz, Business Office Manager
An employee of Encanto Palms for over 10 years, Becky manages the accounting and operation of the business office. Becky was awarded the Business Office Professional of the Year Award by The Arizona Health Care Association for her exemplary service beyond the call of duty. "I Love being a part of the Encanto Team and look forward to coming to work each day but most of all I love spending time with the residents."
Sandra Krohn, Human Resources & Payroll Director
After 20 years in the grocery industry, Sandra took the opportunity to return to school to study accounting. Hired as a Financial Service Director, Sandra began working in the senior living industry and discovered her niche. She not only handles all payroll, H/R, and staffing but is actively immersed in our community's culture and operation.
Norma Rizo, Housekeeping Supervisor
Managing and maintaining a regular housekeeping staff, Norma makes sure that our residents are able to enjoy a clean, comfortable, homey environment.
Tasha Vinson, Resident Trust/Receptionist
Tasha has been an indispensible resource for our valuable residents for 13 years here at Encanto Palms. She began as a CNA/Med Tech and now manages resident trust accounts,community operations, and front office responsibilities.
Debi Reynolds, LPN
Debi has been working in nursing in the state of Arizona for the past ten years. She began her career as a CNA, served as a medic in the military for eight years, and now enjoys working as a LPN in the senior healthcare industry.
Toney Anderson, Maintenance Supervisor
Toney is responsible for interior and exterior maintenance and care of our buildings and grounds, Toney ensures that our residents have a safe, well-maintained property to call "home".
Terri Aguilar, Sahara Unit Resident Care Coordinator
Terri has been with Encanto Palms for over 25 years, beginning as a caregiver/med tech, advancing to supervisory roles, and now managing our Sahara Low-Acuity Behavior Unit. Terri is personally invested in each of her residents and dedicated to providing the highest quality of care.
Gloria Acedo, Resident Care Coordinator
Gloria has worked at Encanto Palms for 12 years. She started as a caregiver after completing CNA classes and graduating at the top of her class with Phoenix Shanti Group. Over the years, she was promoted to lead staff then residential care coordinator, where she learned a great deal about the care of individuals with dementia. With continued education and support of her team, her goal is to give residents the best care and quality of life she possibly can.
Anthony Felix, Activity Director
Anthony facilitates our diverse activities program, ensuring that residents benefit from a fun, positive, stimulating environment. Our residents genuinely benefit from his personailty, enthusiastic approach, and obvious affection and dedication to their quality of life.
Gloria Stevens, Food Service Director
Gloria was recently recruited from our Palm Valley property and promoted to Food Service Director here at Encanto Palms. Moving to the valley from Kingman 6 years ago, she began as a dietary aide, trained as a cook at Ridgecrest, and is now happy to be at Encanto Palms where everyone "treats her just like family."
Encanto Palms Assisted Living. She is also on the Board of Directors for AZ ALFA and Co-Chair for Arizona Assisted Living Nursing Association.
